Meet Our Team

Tricia Loe

President

With deep experience in the sustainable building industry, Tricia is uniquely skilled in helping clients achieve—and even exceed—their sustainability goals. Her comprehensive understanding of current sustainable development trends, including decarbonization, renewable energy, resilience, and workplace wellness, empowers clients to make informed decisions when implementing sustainable strategies.

Tricia particularly enjoys leading sustainability charrettes and the collaborative process of helping clients identify, clarify, and optimize the best green building strategies for their specific project needs. Clients leave each session with well-defined, actionable steps that benefit both their organization and the environment.

Regularly recognized for her leadership in the sustainable development community, Tricia currently serves as Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Texas Board of Directors. She is also a past chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Dallas Committee on the Environment (COTE).

Tricia is available for speaking engagements at professional organizations on topics related to green building and sustainable development.

Sandra Heffernan

Vice President

A seasoned commercial real estate professional, Sandra brings 20 years of sustainability consulting expertise with a strong track record of results. In 2006, she witnessed firsthand the benefits of sustainable building operations while serving as the owner’s representative for the McKinney Green Building—the first privately held LEED Platinum Core and Shell building in the U.S. Since then, she has led dozens of LEED certification projects, spanning both new construction and existing buildings, helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.

With her extensive background in commercial real estate, Sandra has deep expertise in existing building operations and the seamless integration of sustainability into daily practices. Her consulting experience spans a diverse range of projects, including office buildings, warehouses, fire stations, museums, libraries, convention centers, and airports.

Having been immersed in sustainability for two decades, Sandra is continually inspired by the industry’s evolution and the progress it has made. She is passionate about the far-reaching impact of sustainability, recognizing its influence on every aspect of daily life.

Susan Haas Ufer

Project Manager

Susan began her career in landscape architecture, driven by her passion for nature, conservation, and a deep sense of responsibility for the planet and its inhabitants. A lifelong learner, she has continuously evolved her expertise, embracing the growing movement toward sustainability.

With a strong foundation in landscape architecture, Susan is particularly interested in project site selection, materials, and water and energy consumption. Her early training continues to shape her approach, ensuring thoughtful, sustainable solutions. She is committed to partnering with clients who share her dedication to balancing people, planet, and profit.

Skyler Clenney

Project Manager

As a project manager, Skyler thrives on managing complex projects and developing innovative solutions for clients. She believes every building has the potential to operate more sustainably and is dedicated to advancing health, wellness, and sustainability in the spaces we create and inhabit.

Passionate about building strong relationships, Skyler is actively involved in organizations such as Green Globes, Fitwel, the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She holds credentials as both a Green Globes Emerging Professional and a Fitwel Ambassador.
